Product Condition
- Only new and unused products can be returned.
- The product must be in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Window
- Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Any return requests received beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Method
- All returns need be made by visiting our store or send us email.
- Please bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the original purchase receipt.
To return an item. please email customer service at contact@backvardsportcourt.com to obtain a ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in itsoriginal packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to our address.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Restocking Fee
- If you receive a defective product or if the product is missing due to our fault, we will cover the restocking fee. For you, it’s free.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
